BUILD STRENGTH IN THE MIND AND BODY!
No yelling, no dragging logs, no 5 mile long dark:30 runs and no sand in your cracks! We will focus on building a balanced body & mind with cardio, strength and stretch! Every day is different as our bodies are all different! We will laugh, move the body and quiet the mind! And...you never know the places we may go!
Who's it for: any woman needing a little motivation to get up and going in the morning! You do not need to be a runner or know how to practice yoga or even enjoy working out, our only prerequisite is that you are a woman (sorry boys)! If you are looking for something new to renew your workout and get you up and moving again this is the place for you! Our 4 & 6 week camps make exercise fun and inspire positive energy in the mind!
WE BELIEVE WORKING OUT SHOULD BE AN ADVENTURE!
What you need to know:
"As a newbie, my first questions were, "Will I be the oldest in the group and how tough is the workout?" I may be one of the oldest but age is not an issue and all of the ladies are super nice. The workouts change up each day (some harder than others) but Sam makes adjustments as needed for my lack of skill and stamina. Sam is a great teacher, has incredible patience and makes Solecamp fun! And I feel so much better already! Maybe that bathing suit won't be too bad after all."
