The Studio is grateful to offer full day care for our Virtual Learning Students during COVID. 
The Studio will remain open to provide care from 8:15am-5:30pm for a small group of students who are either in virtual learning or middle school transition to 2 days a week.  Limited spaces are available for grades Pre-K through 8th grade.  Similar to our remote learning layout, students will have time and assistance with completing online assignments, outdoor play, mindfulness practices and creative arts.  We provide a small group setting for your child to learn and remain connected to friends/peers.  

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT US:

• SPACES ARE AVAILABLE FOR FULL TIME M-F AND DAILY, DEPENDING ON YOUR CHILD'S SCHEDULE.
• WE HAVE JUST 2 SPOTS AVAILABLE FOR FULL TIME PRE-K STUDENTS.
• WE PROVIDE SPECIAL OUT OF SCHOOL DAY CAMPS. IT IS OUR GOAL TO SERVE OUR COMMUNITY SO IF OUR FAMILIES NEED CARE WE TRY OUR BEST TO OPEN OUR DOORS FOR HOLIDAY, SCHOOL CANCELLATION DAYS, ETC.
• WEEKLY FEE IS $175 PER WEEK ($180 FOR PRE-K) & A ONE TIME REGISTRATION FEE OF $45. 
• DAILY FEE IS $48 PER DAY & A ONE TIME REGISTRATION FEE OF $45.

The program encompasses physical activity, healthy snacks, homework time and most importantly, a mindfulness curriculum to help children learn a sense of being in the present moment without judgement.  We will focus on building strong SOCIAL & EMOTIONAL skills. We incorporate two curricula in our after-school, Karma Kids OBX and Move with Me, Yoga Adventures.  Mindful Movement is focusing on calming the mind and body to gain a sense of peace and understanding of our surroundings.  Children are often so over-stimulated in today's world that silence is a rarity.  Our intention is to create a relaxing and comforting place for children to be themselves and find out that who they are is AMAZING! Full time (M-F) enrollment is available with drop in days for those that prefer only one or two days.

STUDIO SCHOOL SAMPLE SCHEDULE
8:15-10:00 Student Drop Off
8:15-12:30 Remote/Virtual Learning Time *We will have a break for Morning Snack time around 9:30-10am and fresh air outdoors around 11-11:30am each day. 
12:30-1:00 Lunch Time
1:00-1:30 Chill Time Mindfulness, meditation, breath work, stress free moments.
1:30-2:30 Outdoor Learning Time *We will take it outside with any additional outdoor science adventures provided by their teachers.  If no additional activities are provided we will supplement with our own Brain Gym/Mindful Movement science activities.  This will also be a time for small group remediation for any child needing one-on-one support with their teacher online.
2:30-3:00 Specials: Art, PE, Music
3:00-3:30 Snack Time & Cleaning Jobs
3:30-4:00 Mindful After School Activities: Yoga, Mindful Movement Games, Creative Arts, Student Led Clubs, etc. 
4:00-4:45 Healthy Active Kid Time (Outside)
4:45-5:30 Clean up and pick up
COST
Registration Fee- $45 per student. 
Full Time- $175 ($180 Pre-K) Per Week (See calendar for any pro-rated weeks)
Drop-In- $48 Per Day (1-3 days per week)
**We have a limited amount of space! Drop-In students must register and pay registration fee.  A minimum 48 hour notice is required by email or phone for drop-In students.  Once you have contacted us for service you will be expected to pay for the day even if something comes up and your child does not attend for the scheduled drop-in day!
